The ClimateCrisis(.net)

I saw "An Inconvenient Truth" opening night in Durham NC - had to drive (with my pledged extra person) some 30 miles (plus the additional 30 miles I had to meet up with him). Not terribly efficient alas. It was almost sold out? Some 250 people? Bits of clapping and hissing....

It's an important movie, and a more important message.

For those that haven't followed global warming much it's a great summary with personal and group effort choices one can make with hints at some of the practical consequences without getting too scary. To get a taste of the movie go to their website (see http://www.climatecrisis.net )

For those that have followed global warming it covers some of the details in really good clarity while entirely sidestepping other things completely. This first thing I'ld add to any followup to "An Inconvenient Truth" - and that should be first (see http://climatecrisis.net ) - is the Nova/BBC-Horizons production of "Global Dimming"... See
